What is a promo code?
A promo code (also called a bonus code) is a short code made up of letters and numbers. It activates a specific promotion at a bookmaker or casino: an extended welcome bonus, extra free spins, a free bet or loyalty points. Promo codes are usually distributed through partners, blogs or the operator's own promotions.

Terms of a bonus claimed with a promo code
A promo code doesn't cancel the bonus terms: a bonus unlocked with it is still subject to wagering, deadlines and maximum bet rules. So don't pick "the biggest promo code" — pick the offer with the clearest terms.
In addition, usually only one promo code can be used at a time. If you enter one code at registration, you can't add another "better" code later. That is why it pays to know in advance which promotion a code is linked to.
Entering a promo code in the app and on the mobile site
Many users access their bookmaker from a phone. In both the mobile app and the mobile site, the promo code field sits in the registration window, but it's easy to miss on a small screen. Pay attention to the following:
- The field may be hidden. It opens when you tap "Add promo code" or a "+" icon.
- Keyboard autocorrect. Your phone keyboard may "correct" the code and change letters — check the field again after entering it.
- Spaces when copying. If an invisible space is left at the end of the code, the system won't accept it.
